Hello,guys

Have you ever been solving the statistical average fields of several time steps in OpenFoam or Parview?

Thanks in adavance

You find all the fields in the time directories. All are organized in the same way, which you don't need to understand in particular.

It needs only a small program to get the average/median from them and if you need some statistical values. You may write the results in a new time drectory beyond the simulated time and look at it with the usual tools, e.g. paraFoam.

Thanks! But I am wondering is there a existing function in OpenFOAM or Linux platroof to easily get the avearge/median of several quantities?

Thanks
