Possible to move amgSolver from foam-ext to openFoam5 ?

Hi Foamers,
I got a problem that the current GAMG solver is not very stable for me case. I am think if it is possible to make amgSolver from foam-ext to work in the normal openfoam 4,5,6 version? Thanks very much. |

Hi,
sure it is possible but you have to re-code the solver. So my personal suggestion is to copy an existing linear solver and modify it step by step to get the AMG from Extend. However, this can be a critical task. Can you please provide the information about your statement?
