Dear all,
I have recently installed v1806 on windows using Docker/virtualbox from www.openfoam.com. However, when I try to run my case the 3rd refineMesh crashes and there is no error in the log.refineMesh.3 The process simply seems to be killed for no apparent reason. I have run this succesfully without errors on an HPC using version v1712. Do any of you know why the process kills? Anyway it does continue on with snappyHexMesh afterwords but this is also killed after running for a while whithout giving me any feedback as to why. Running refineMesh on /home/ofuser/workingDir/Inventas_HydroLift_P42 /opt/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v1806/bin/tools/RunFunctions: line 109: 10084 Killed $appRun $appArgs "$@" > $logFile 2>&1 Running topoSet on /home/ofuser/workingDir/Inventas_HydroLift_P42 Running refineMesh on /home/ofuser/workingDir/Inventas_HydroLift_P42 /opt/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v1806/bin/tools/RunFunctions: line 109: 10086 Killed $appRun $appArgs "$@" > $logFile 2>&1 [ofuser@default Inventas_HydroLift_P42]$ cd /opt/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v1806/bin/tools/ |
