Dear Foamers,

I am modeling a "simple" case, flow from high pressure tank (1bar, 300K) to a low pressure tank (10Pa, 70K) through a hole.

The flow behaves "more/less" in a consistent way, but there is a very high temperature increase at the "head of the pressure wave".

Please see attached figures.

Is it physical ? Or it is some numerical artifact ?
