Hello,
I am facing a very weird problem with open-foam extend 4. When I try to run cases with pimpleDyMFoam involving 6dof motion of the object due to the fluid forces, the solver compute the body displacement only for the first iteration and then it continues as if it the was a static simulation. The strange thing is that all cases were working with OF extend 3. I tried to run a tutorial directly from the OF repository (wingmotion) and also for this case there is no motion of the airfoil. I am missing something really obvious here? Does anybody have an idea about what is happening? Cheers, D. |
