Treatment of Stiff equations in openfoam

Hi,
As we know that stiff systems demand a very small timestep for numerical stability and convergence, How can we improve the convergence of a stiff system of equations at moderately large time steps? Has anybody encountered such systems before in any way? Thanks, |
