Hi,

I want to run a conjugate heat transfer analysis on an incompressible, laminar and steady state flow. Is "chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam" the right solver?

Might be: chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam.

Turn off turbulence in constant/turbulenceProperties if you don't want turbulence model involvement.
