Dear all,

I am trying to model the boiling flow, in a pipe (2D, wedge BC), using reactingTwoPhaseEulerFoam. The cases with a rectangular geometry work good and give fair results. When I change the geometry to a pipe (2D wedge or 3D pipe), the simulation diverges and gives very high temperature values. I used different mesh configurations, different applied heat fluxes, disable the energy equation for the gas phase, fvOption to limit the temperature but without any result. It always diverges. I even tried to do the same simulation set up for the wall boiling tutorial case but with a pipe geometry but it stills diverge.
Does any one have experience with this solver to simulate wall boiling cases? This will be a real help for me.
Thank you in advance

Achref

HI

I am simulating a similar problem. What kind of boundary conditions did you put for p and p_rgh for inlet and outlet?
