Default Help needed with creating composite solid heat transfer case

OK, so I have managed to create my blockmesh for an axisymmetric case, with multiple regions.
The blockmeshDict is attached. I am now after a step by step tutorial on how to set up the case files for solving a solid only (at this stage) steady state and transient heat transfer case.

I have used the attached controlDict file also for generating the mesh.

I have also created individual thermophysicalProperties files for each solid region that I can upload also if needed.

I have followed the wikipedia example on creating the polymesh file, i.e. reducing the number of regions by 1 and removing the axis of symmetry.

A simple schematic of what I am trying to model is shown below.



Any assistance with the next steps would be greatly appreciated.
