Default Changing RANS model with anisotropy

Since the typical hypothesis made for the RANS model is isotropy. However, now I am going to simulate a case with density-stratified ambient, and the flow field would be anisotropy. I wonder whether it's possible to change the turbulence model into anisotropy by modifying the basic codes,
