Dear FOAMers;
How can I extract the aerodynamic forces and moments in body axis frame for a rotating grid? In my simulation I noticed that the forces are oscillating because the main global axis does not rotate with the grid. kind regards |

I have achieved this transformation by using quaternions and rodriguez rotation. But this is probably not the best way to do it. Any ideas on how to create a local cordinate system that rotates with the grid?
