Help debugging error please

Hello All,

I have been completing the residence time distribution tutorial on the 3 week OpenFOAM course. I have ran into the following error when running the simpleFoam model below. Also, I have attached my initial boundary conditions. I ran a check mesh and all was ok with that, with no errors flagging.



I would really appreciate it if anyone could please point me in the right direction. I am new to OpenFoam
