Hello! I am modelling radiation of large scale fire. The burner is a cylinder of 150 m height.
The parameter to be found is 'G'. Radiation model -fvDOM, firefOAM.The running stops or does not start at all when the domain size exceeds some values. These are 120x70x150 meters, nPhi, nTheta=5, decomposed for running at 8 cores. It just writes 'process killed'. One must decrease number
of angles or cells. I would like to know what kind of restriction works here. For the truth, domain needed size is two times much. Thanks/

You are most likely running out of memory, since the FVDOM model requires one field for each of the angular directions. You either have to reduce the angular discretization or obtain more memory.

Thanks. You are absolutely right. I have looked at system monitor. All 8Gb is busy. Without even a small residual.
