Hello!
I have a situation where the grid changes at every time step so I need to map all fields to modified grid. There is only one external patch - movingWall. Under certain conditions, this grid only changes in a few places that I can't determine explicitly. mapFields requires patchMap and cuttingPatches. Which option should I use in my case? Thank you! Can I use only cuttingPatches? Will there be some problems on the new patch in places where deformation on the grid does not occur? Last edited by Reptider; June 24, 2021 at 04:58. |

Hi!
Why do you need to map? If the motion is made by a dynamicMesh lib, it'll map for you without any extra commands... |
