GDS New Member GS Join Date: Sep 2018 Posts: 21 Rep Power: 7	I am trying to run a "2D" case with a multi-element airfoil: a single element in the z-axis and the profile extruded to a depth of 1.0. I want to compare Cl and Cd with some published results, but I am not sure what to use for the reference area. The main airfoil and the flap overlap, and the flap is angled w.r.t. the main airfoil chord. The total chord of the two airfoils is greater than 1.0.
