Dear Fellas,
I am trying to simulate fluid flow through rough-walled microfractures, based on experimental data and compare the corresponding results with those of experiments. In the experiments’ description, it is mentioned that certain values are set for confining pressure and constant back pressure through the test. Considering a computational domain based on a microfracture formed between two rough surfaces, which I have reconstructed based on experimental measurements, how can I apply the confining and back pressure in a CFD simulation in OpenFOAM? Thank you. |
