Convergence of pitzDaily case with pimpleFoam

Hi everyone,
I am running transient pimpleFoam incompressible pitzDaily simulation from the tutorial folder.
The main purpose was to reach convergence as in link:

In fvSolution file, I changed PIMPLE section according to 5.3 Case C.3 of the link above.

But my convergence becomes like in the attached file.

Maybe someone knows what is the reason for this problem and how to solve it?
