Hi, Foamers! rhoCentralFoam is an explicitly compressible solver using Kurganov-Tadmor flux
U^{n+1} = U^n + \Delta t Q(U^n)


If you use this solver to solve steady-state problems, how will the time be set in the OpenFOAM controlDict file? Is the time set to 1 (like rhoSimpleFoam)?
