Marcus Runefors is on a distinguished road
I'm running a simple verification test for the radiation transfer in fireFoam. The case is a box with one hot (1000K) and five cold (0K) boundaries. I measure the radiative flux into the cold surface on the oposite side of the mesh/box.

Unfortunately the solver can not handle temperatures bellow 200K, but since I am not interested in the convective flux but only the ratiative there is probably a way around the problem.

One could be to use the "MarschakRadiationFixedT" boundary condition in IDefault and set the temperature to 0K (for the radiative transport) one other possibility could be to, somehow, turn of the radiation for some boundaries (I don't know if that is possible).

I can't get the "MarschaktRadiationFixedT" BC to work since I find very little (i.e. no) documentation and I don't have the skills needed to analyze the C++-code. Can someone help?

If it is not obvious from the text above, I'm new to openFoam.
