Default Mesh sticks to the moving wall

Hello. I am trying to run movingCone case with my own mesh and moving wall. The result is that the mesh is "sticking" to the moving wall as shown in the picture. I tryed also my own cases without snappyHexMesh (only with blockMesh). The mesh also sticks to the wall.
Please help to solve this problem.
