Has anybody seen this video on TreeFoam?. The tutorial (I think in Japanese) shows an OpenFOAM model built using the software. The flow of building things has the look and feel of the Discretizer.

I'm guessing TreeFoam is a custom solver, and DEXCS is the software suite. More info here: http://mogura7.zenno.info/~et/wordpress/ocse/?p=816. I don't understand Japanese, so I can't say any more about it.

I went through the information there, and found the link to where the actual software can be downloaded (bottom of the page); no idea if it is open Source or not:

If you are still looking for a GUI for OpenFOAM, please also take a look at Ennova CFD (www.ennova-cfd.com). It has CAD import, CAD cleanup, mesh generation, a GUI to set up OpenFOAM boundary conditions and other dictionary files, plus post-processing based on VTK (the same technology as Paraview). The mesh generation types include topology based as well as octtree based (like Snappyhex). Boundary layer generation. Polyhedral meshes as well as tet + prism. Full diagnostics on the mesh are available including quality, skewness, orthogonality and others. Ploting of bad elements and cut planes of the mesh are available.
Several tutorial videos are available at https://ennova-cfd.com/tutorial-videos.html and https://www.youtube.com/@wolfdynamics5703
