Hello,
I'd like to model a thin-film deposition reactor.
This is a model I had already created under ANSYS-FLUENT, but I would like to reproduce it under OPENFOAM.
In the model it is necessary to include:
Gas flow (taking into account natural convection).
Species transport.
Thermal (plasma is considered in this case as a heat source term that allows the decomposition of chemical species).
Gas phase chemistry (chemistry of a H2/CH4 mixture).
Surface chemistry.

I would like to know which solver is best suited to my problem?

Thank you in advance
