Intel e-core in OpenFoam

Hello! I`m searching for a processor that can be used with DDR5 memory. All Intel processors have only 8 p-cores and 8-16 e-core. How will this affect performance, using 8 p-cores and 8 e-cores at the same time? I need 16 cores.
