Dear Foamers,

I am calculating a case of cylinder flow. I am using DES(SA) in OpenFoam 3.0.0 but can't get a good result. There is a very interesting thing I found: I used the same grids, boundary conditions , fvsolution, fvscheme in openfoam2.3.0 and then I got a good result. I want to know why? I want to know the reason because I want to use WALE model in 3.0.0 which can not use in 2.3.0.

my question:
1. what cause the difference between version 2.3.0 and 3.0.0?
2. Can I get the same DES results in 3.0.0 as in 2.3.0 by adjusting some thing?

BEST
