Hello everyone.
I have little problem with setup of computing cluster. When I'm trying to install OF on slave branches, it's end up with problem with packages installation (universe repository is enabled). When i tried to
Code:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
linux-image-generic : Depends: linux-image-4.4.0-176-generic but it is not going to be installed or
linux-image-unsigned-4.4.0-176-generic but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: thermald but it is not going to be installed
linux-modules-extra-4.4.0-176-generic : Depends: linux-image-4.4.0-176-generic but it is not going to be installed or
linux-image-unsigned-4.4.0-176-generic but it is not going to be installed
openfoam7 : Depends: libreadline-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libboost-thread1.58.0 but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libcgal11v5 but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libopenmpi1.10 but it is not going to be installed
Depends: binutils-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: flex but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libopenmpi-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: openmpi-bin but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libcgal-dev but it is not going to be installed
             Depends: gnuplot
             Depends: gnuplot-x11
Recommends: paraviewopenfoam54 but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

I've read somewhere that it can be problem with free space on boot partition, so... there is an option to run parallel computing on slaves without installing OF on each of them?
