Inlet not the same as choosen

Hello everyone, new here.
i have a strange problem in a 2d study, my inlet velocity is not the same as in the U file. i even choose something simple like:
inlet
{
type fixed Value;
value uniform (-0.2 0.3 0);
}
The problem is when i see the result in Paraview the inlet direction is no the same. in Paraview if i only select the inlet the direction is correct but if i choose the normal result the direction and magnitude is rong. Can anyone tell me whats happening?

What pipe do you use to visulize the velocity in ParaView? Do you select the correct variables?
