OFv2012 paraFoam paraview not found

Hello,
I am going step by step with the OFv2012 installation.
I run the cavity case as a test but I am having trouble with the paraFoam command as below:

Code:

~/run/cavity$ paraFoam
Invalid $PV_PLUGIN_PATH and -plugin-path= not defined
No supplementary ParaView/OpenFOAM reader modules
Using builtin reader: paraFoam -vtk

Created temporary 'cavity.foam'
/opt/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v2012/bin/paraFoam: 420: paraview: not found

Does anyone know how to solve this ?

in addition I have also another issue: each time I open a new terminal window then I need to redo the bash-shell configuration as below:

[CODE]
echo "source /opt/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v2012/etc/bashrc" >> ~/.bashrc
source $HOME/.bashrc
[CODE]

I would be greatful if someone can explain me what could be wrong here.

The error is obious that you didn't install the paraview.
install it from ubuntu source can resolve this
