I want to do a simulation using Large Eddy Simulation (LES) in OpenFOAM.
The geometry is axisymmetric. I found online that LES is only suitable for 3-D cases, but not appropriate for reduced-dimension cases.

So I am wondering if LES models can be used for axisymmetric cases in OpenFOAM?
