Using a transport model in OpenFOAM(Visco elastic like giesekus,maxwell and PTT)

HI,
I'm comparatively new to OpenFOAM and use interFoam solver for my simulation works. Currently, I'm using the Newtonian model for both fluids involved. But I'd like to use a Visco elastic model for one of my fluids. I already know some viscoelastic models exist like giesekus and maxwell in OpenFOAM. So how to call these models while using InterFoam solver? Do I only need to specify these models(and their properties) in my transport properties file(Case file), or is there any other way to use these models? Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hey,

you may have figured it out by now but there is no standard viscoelastic model in interFoam. You have to create a new class for viscoelastic models or you have to implement your desired model manually in your solver (interFoam).
