velocity boundary condition

hi guys

Im trying to set an inlet velocity boundary condition.
How do I set the following boundary condition in OpenFoam:

Ux = dUy/dy = 0

i.e. the x velocity at the inlet must be 0
and a zerogradient y velocity.
