openFoam 1.6-ext user guide

I recently loaded openFoam 1.6-ext. I cannot find a pdf file for the User Guide for 1.6-ext. Has this been created yet? If somebody has this pdf file, please send it to me at jmc6@psu.edu or post it somewhere that I can download it. [by the way, the 1.5 User Guide is mostly still valid, but there are some things that have changed]
