How can I define slip velocity boundary condition over the curve walls in the U boundary file at OpenFOAM. How can I write tangential velocity over the curve wall (normal velocity component=0, tangential velocity=...something???)in the boundary file. Can anyone help me?

This is a very old post. But is there a way to do this?
I would like to define a d(u-theta)/dr condition on a curved wall. How do I go about this is OpenFOAM?
