How to implement fixedFluxPressure boundary condition in OF 1.5 ?

In my pd file I have implemented it like this:

wall
{
type fixedFluxPressure;
adjoint no;
U U;
phi phi;
rho none;

}

but its throwing out the error message:
request for volVectorField Undefined from objectRegistry region0 failed available objects of type volVectorField are
1
(
U
)

I am not able to resolve this error. Any help highly appreciated.

No. I came to know fixed flux pressure has not been implemented for OF1.5 and I am not into the code structure of OF. But in some post I can across ways to modify the code to enable the bc for OF1.5. Meanwhile I am going ahead with results of OF1.7.
