Hello Foamers. When using snappyHexmesh, can only refine the mesh in only one direction, let's say the X axis. Thus far, it seems when ones specifies a volume region to refine, this tool refines the "entire" volume, that is in the X, Y, and Z directions. Is there anything that I can do? Thanks.

Cheers,
Deji

If you refine the mesh using the utility refineMesh, you can easily define in which directions to refine using the dictionary. I've never used snappyHexMesh, but maybe the same thing is possible there?
