Default A simple tube FSI case can't converge

As a new openformer, I just build up a simple 3D straight tube case based on tutorial of icoFsiFoam. But it can't converge after several steps. Maybe it is the boundary problem. I attach the case and expect some help on this case.

I'm curious any update on this problem. I am doing a similar thing now.
