"Automatically rescale" doesn't take effect!

I used Rescale Range to plot vorticity and clicked on "make default" button so that doesn't change during work with that variable,now I want to return it to "Automatically Rescaleto Fit Data Range" and click also on "Rescale to Data Range" but they doesn't take any effect and all variables are between 0 and 1(except vorticity)!
