[General] Problem visualizing parallel data in ParaView

I get following Output Message while trying to visualize parallel (4 partitions) OpenFoam data in ParaView:

ERROR: In /home/sergio/rpmbuild/BUILD/ParaView-3.12.0/VTK/IO/vtkOpenFOAMReader.cxx, line 6481
vtkOpenFOAMReaderPrivate (0x38c8fd0): Error reading line 77045 of /home/user/Dokumente/openfoam-tests/test3/processor0/1000/omega: Found duplicated entries with keyword value

Same ERROR for processor1, 2 and 3.

Can anyone help me fix this problem? Case and data were created with Helyx OS 2.1.1 using OF 2.3.0

I faced the similar issue in paraview:
p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; } ERROR: In /home/opencfd/OpenFOAM/ParaView-4.1.0/VTK/IO/Geometry/vtkOpenFOAMReader.cxx, line 6467
vtkOpenFOAMReaderPrivate (0x30b6960): Error reading line 8057 of /home/milad/OpenFOAM/milad-2.3.0/run/Horizontal/2/10/epsilon: Found duplicated entries with keyword value

Can anyone help me?
