How to create Lables for isolines ?

Hello,
With reference to the attached image, I have created velocity contour using paraview filter. I was able to define the Range and Value through the filter settings. but I am not able to figure out how to give labels to these isolines ? (Range for the plotted isolines are -values to 0) |
