Hi All,

I am currently working a some problems relating to pedestrian level wind speeds as a result of high rise tower developments in openFoam (simpleFoam) and am very new to paraView. Im looking for the a solution to display the wind speeds as a surface 1.5m above my 'ground' patch. Having googled extensively I cant seem to find a solution and wondered if anybody could help?

Also I have recently upgraded from paraview4x to 5x and have noticed the 'extrapolate patches' checkbox is missing, any ideas where it is hiding or an alternative way to map results to faces?

Thank you

If anybody else is trying to achieve the same thing I eventually found the answer in this this thread from February last year:

I would still be interested to know where the 'extrapolate patches' checkbox is located in the latest version, I found it useful for carrying out quick checks.
