Dear Foamers,
I have set up a case where I impose an initial field the following way. In the "0" directory, I have the following initial conditions for the alpha.component field file : Code:
/*--------------------------------*- C++ -*----------------------------------*\ | ========= | | | \\ / F ield | OpenFOAM: The Open Source CFD Toolbox | | \\ / O peration | Version: 4.1 | | \\ / A nd | Web: www.OpenFOAM.org | | \\/ M anipulation | | \*---------------------------------------------------------------------------*/ FoamFile { version 2.0; format ascii; class volScalarField; location "0"; object alpha.component; } // * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * // dimensions [0 0 0 0 0 0 0]; #include "myFile" internalField nonuniform $myFieldName; [...] However, when opening the case in Paraview (note : I installed paraView separately from OpenFOAM), I receive the following error : Code:
unsupported nonuniform list type myFieldName Thanks for the support |
