Hello foamer/paraviewers

I'm running a for now basic case on a naca tailplane. I would like to import the pressure/velocity field from the original fluid mesh to a structure mesh as initial condition for a mechanical simulation on ansys.
I thought about using mapfield but it requires a proper identification of the domain and since i am still learning I'm not sure how to indicate the right cell zone.
Also I wanted to know if there is a way to compute pitching moment for each cell surface and create surface patches with paraview to integrate pressure and pitching moment over it?

Many thanks for your help or any link to a right tutorial
