Is the viscous dissipation term fully included?

Default Is the viscous dissipation term fully included?

i just want to know if the viscous dissipation term is fully included in the energy dissipation (divergence part non zero for compressible flow) where can i find the implemented terms (written in the form of partial derivative) in the phoenics doc?
