Default 'Bug' in PHOENICS 3.5.1??

I ran a VR Tutorial 9: Inlet internal to the Domain... instead of having the inlet as a vertical patch, I created it as a horizontal patch. During the calculation, the Earth run screen shows zero (i.e. 1e-20) vertical velocity component near the inlet (i.e. within a cell next to the inlet patch). I set the probe's location using Monitor-Cell Location inside Main Menu/Output. But after the calculation, at the same location, the VR Viewer shows non-zero (i.e. 1e+00) vertical velocity component. Is there a 'bug' related to Earth run screen?
