Default heat transfer coefficient?

Hi every one

I want PHOENICS to calculate heat transfer coefficient for my case study. I choose the "ON" for "HEAT TRANSFER COEF" and "STUNTON NUMBER" from following path in PHOENICS main menu: "menu/output/wall fuction printout" But when I run the program I see heat transfer coefficients are zero every where of fluid domain. What's wrong with it? Isn't it enough? What another thing I must do?

Best Regards
