I am meshing a conical nozzle with porthole fuel injector along the wall. But I named the end surface of the injector as interface BC. But Fluent could not take that. So, what is the way to create interface? Or should it be initially made in CAD itself?

You need to use one of the shadow (non-inflated) BC types:
  • Porous Jump
  • Fan
  • Radiator
  • Interior
