how to make hybrid mesh around 2D airfoil

Hello everybody,
I am new to PointWise and I would like to make an hybrid mesh like the one I'm attaching in figures. I can make a completely structured mesh from an airfoil by extrusion, but I don't know how to make the unstructured mesh part around the structured one.

Could you please tell me what I should do in sequence, please?
