Default Mesh for a tube with a deflector - Pointwise

Hi All,

I am trying to create my CFD mesh using Pointwise. I want to see how a deflector change the flow in a tube (please see attached picture).

The problem is that Pointwise create the mesh for the tube and the deflector but when I try to export both mesh, the software does not export the mesh of the surface deflector. Specifically, it seems not possible to create a block that considers the deflector.

Do you have any suggestion to create the mesh for this model
