Are there any other steps I need to take between the installation tutorial and the visualization tutorial?
I have followed the installation tutorial's 10 videos, what do I do next? Go straight to visualization? Thanks. |

The installation videos stop at compilation.
After this you use Divemesh to generate the grid defined in control.txt (./DiveMESH) Then you run reef3d, which runs the simulation based on ctrl.txt. (mpirun -n 4 reef3d) The number in the command depends on the M 10 value in control and ctrl. You can find sample input files in the Tutorials folder on Github. REEF3D Tutorial Files Then you generate results from the program. At this stage you can use Paraview, following the visualisation tutorial
