Hello community,

I have completed all the installation in the installation guide. I also installed the Paraview program for both Ubuntu and Windows. As stated in the user guide, when I try to open the paraview server with the "./pvserver" code, I encounter the following warning.

"home/sirac/ParaView-5.12.0-RC3-MPI-Linux-Python3.10-x86_64/bin/pvserver-real: error while loading shared libraries: libGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

what should I do?

Not fully sure about it, as it is a Paraview problem. I would try opening Paraview in the regular mode (i.e. non-server mode).

This command will install the Mesa OpenGL library, which includes the "libGL.so.1" file.

After installing the library, try running the "./pvserver" command again to see if the issue has been resolved. If you're still encountering problems, please let me know so that I can assist you further.
