Dear Seniors, recently I use 40 computing cores to calculate a scour project, but when I read the results, I found that there was a scour phenomenon at the flow rate entrance, as shown in the following figure1:
And the location where initialize appears is just at the junction of the computing block, as shown in the figure2. I would like to ask how to eliminate this phenomenon. Finally, attach my control file. Thank you for your selfless help and give you my sincerest regards. |

Hi. That should have nothing to do with the number of cores use. It looks like a boundary condition problem that can appear with scour simulations. Try using S 73 to stabilize the sediment near the boundary.
